MimAaah, it's the 40th anniversary of the release of First And Last And Always by the Sisters Of Mercy - one of my favourite albums of all time.I first encountered <a href="https://beige.party/tags/goth" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#goth</a> <a href="https://beige.party/tags/music" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#music</a> in the late 80s; Tower of Strength by The Mission and Lucretia My Reflection by The Sisters Of Mercy were all over the radio and even on Top Of The Pops (pop music TV show here in the UK). And while the album the Sisters released then (Floodland) was the first of theirs I got, FALAW is definitely my fave of their output. It's rawer, sparser. You can lose yourself within its spaces.

O ponto principal, e nisto a Henka tem já o mérito, é que por mais que não agrade aos ditos alternativos por ser ligeira demais, alternativa de menos, ou diferente no que produziu, é que está já a quebrar e a abrir espaço para que outros géneros tenham a passadeira para participar. It's a place of nostalgia because generations of people have had student parties over there, and it was fun to see how the age of the large audience varied between 14 and about 74. It was legendary to be a part of this, and I'm grateful for the opportunity ❤️
